Provide CPR covers the practical application of CPR as well as providing further information surrounding the causes and use of CPR. CPR can be conducted as a stand-alone course and is also part of our Provide First Aid Course.

The CPR Cycle

The CPR cycle consists of 30 chest compressions followed by two rescue breaths. Continue the cycle until emergency medical services arrive or the person shows signs of recovery.
