Health and Safety Committees (HSCs) give businesses and workers a formal way to collaborate on health and safety issues. Their key role is to support cooperation in developing and implementing measures that improve workers’ health and safety. However, many people in organisations are not fully aware of the purpose, functions or responsibilities of an HSC. This course is designed to change that by clearly explaining those responsibilities and outlining how to establish and operate an effective health and safety committee.
Our Health and Safety Committee (HSC) training provides a clear overview of the roles, responsibilities and functions that contribute to an effective and well-run committee.
