This training course is for those who want to obtain an Intermediate rigging licence and maybe proceed to advanced training courses for Advanced Rigging.
CPCCLRG3002 – Licence to perform rigging intermediate level
This course covers all the requirements for obtaining a national High-Risk Work Licence (Class RI) for Intermediate Rigging operations.
The above unit is nationally recognised and can only be delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that complies with governing standards of quality control and quality training and assessment. This course qualifies you to become a licensed rigger-basic in the construction industry.
The duration of this course is 5 days and it is conducted at Ingleburn NSW.
This program aims to equip students with the necessary abilities and understanding to carry out rigging duties associated with the transportation of machinery and equipment, steel construction, various types of hoists (including mast climbing hoists), positioning of precast concrete, installation of safety nets and static lines, setting up perimeter safety screens and shutters, as well as operating cantilever crane loading platforms for the purpose of obtaining licences.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will have acquired the following proficiencies and knowledge in order to:

Fees and Charges
This course attracts a fee of $1,686.00 per participant and is GST exempt. These fees cover all training, assessment, use of machinery/equipment, stationary (books, pens, use of calculator and resources), whistles (where applicable) and most importantly, the amazing experience.
Upon completion of the course, the participant will be issued a Statement of Attainment in the above unit. Statements of Attainment are valuable documents and need to be retained.
Upon completion of the course, the participant will be eligible to obtains a High-Risk Work Licence (Class RI) for Intermediate Rigging operations.
This course will be delivered and assessed by WH&S Training & Assessment Services Pty Ltd – RTO 32365.
